Do I need to buy base plates separately?
Yes — genuine LEGO base plates are sold separately. Each pack contains 56 plates and costs £24.99. The base plates snap into the shelves so your minifigs stand securely. We sell them in black, white, red and blue to match your frame colour.
How many minifigures does it hold?
Up to 315, across three rows on all seven extra-deep shelves. Most collectors use two rows — 217 figures — for a clean, gallery-style display where every fig is easy to see; a single row (around 112) suits smaller collections or figures you want fully spaced out with accessories.
How does the front-opening door work?
The glass door is hinged on the right-hand side and opens outward, much like a cabinet door. It’s held closed with a magnetic catch. This means you can add, remove or rearrange minifigs without taking the frame off the wall or disassembling anything.
Can it be wall mounted?
Yes — wall mounting fixings are included. The frame is designed to sit flat against the wall and look like a proper piece of wall art, not just a storage box. The wide glass door gives it a clean, framed appearance when closed.
What are the dimensions?
The door measures 55.6 × 55.6 cm and sits over a 53.6 × 53.6 cm main frame. The frame is 6.6 cm deep, with a 1.2 cm deep door. Each of the seven shelves is 51.2 cm long, 6.4 cm high and 4.8 cm deep.
